Does AAA cover the cost of a spare key?

No, but we do offer discounts on spare keys made in our shop.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is needed to visit our shop.

Do I need to bring my vehicle? 

Yes. Programming requires that your vehicle is present.

Do I need to bring all the keys to my vehicle, or just the one I use? 

In most cases all keys need to be programmed at the same time.

Is there a discount for getting more than one key for my car? 

Yes. When we are programming one key, we do not charge for programming additional keys. You pay only for the key itself.

Are you open 24 hours? 

Our emergency road service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. 

Is there more than one EKeys4Cars location?

No. We only have one shop location in North Andover, Massachusetts. 

If I have lost all the keys to my vehicle, will I be able to drive my car after you make my key or will I need to go to the dealer for programming?

We cut and program everything at the time of service. There is no need to go to the dealer. 

If I bring my own keys will you cut and program them?

Yes. Keys purchased on the internet may not work properly, or may be the incorrect key. We’ll do everything we can to check them before we cut or try to program them. Once we start cutting and programming, you will be responsible for the fee regardless of the key’s performance. We do not guarantee keys purchased outside of our shop. 

Do I have to drop my car off for the day to get a spare key or can I wait? 

You can wait in our dedicated customer lounge. Most keys typically take less than 20 minutes to duplicate.
